Doxology | Hymn of the Week

Praise God from whom all blessings flow

We begin with God, because everything begins with God. John 1:1 says that God existed in the beginning and that all things were made through him.

Our main purpose is to give glory to God and to enjoy him forever (Westminster Catechism, 1). It is good for us to sing praises to God the Father, Son, and Spirit! He alone is worthy of all our worship and praise. Let us join with the angels and all creation in praising his awesome name!

Lyrics

Praise God from whom all blessings flow;
praise Him, all creatures here below;
praise Him above, ye heavenly host;
praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
